How long we keep information

Client Contact Information is retained for up to 7 years after the end of our business relationship, in line with accounting and tax record requirements.

HR-related data (such as employee information processed on behalf of clients) is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, or as required by the client or applicable employment laws.

Project and communication records are retained for 2–5 years to manage client relationships and respond to any disputes or queries.

Data may be kept longer if required by law or for legitimate business interests (e.g., legal defense or compliance).
